Come learn about work-related musculoskeletal disorders associated with computer workstations and ergonomic principles for office workstation design.  Understand how ergonomic trends; such as alternative work environments, technology developments and the wellness focus, related to the design of office furniture are affecting office ergonomics today.  Participate in discussions about the pros/cons of sitting versus standing in the office.  Complete numerous case studies and exercises.  Leave knowing you can discuss office ergonomic principles and apply them to your own facility.
