The Power of Lifestyle Medicine

Individuals make lifestyle choices that cause diseases that require medical interventions, such as medications and surgeries. Increasing OHN knowledge of how lifestyle choices can adversely effect health and safety can result in better choices to reduce risk of disease or need for medical treatment.  OHNs can increase the wellness of their workforces through increased knowledge and employee education of positive lifestyle choices.
